My ghost experience

When i was about 7 or 8 i felt something touch my hands and feet when i was laying in bed.. It finally escalated to my sheets being pulled that hard that my intense grip couldn't hold them any longer and they were pulled onto the floor at the bottom of the bed.. I stood up screaming and my mother came into my room where i was standing white as a sheet itself.. Where were my sheets? On the floor at the bottom of the bed... I sheet u not this really happened and i never slept in that room again until i was a teenager..
